If they are recorded, they are no longer hidden, and if not, there was negligence on the part of the authorities in reporting these homicides or evasion or neglect of records, which becomes a crime of concealment, malfeasance, connivance and criminal condescension on the part of the bodies in charge of recording hidden crimes, which is a contradiction because if the crimes are known, they are no longer hidden.
