Did Cain sacrifice Abel as an offering to GOD?
God is like the Supreme Federal Court: when he makes a mistake, only he himself can admit and fix, rectify, and ratify his mistakes.
The Bible itself never reported or recorded any death caused directly by Satan, the Devil. The Devil never killed anyone, unlike God, who worshiped and was worshiped with blood. He even asked for his own son's blood during the crucifixion! God killed all of humanity in a flood, and destroyed two entire cities with an atomic explosion!
The Devil never killed anyone!
We could consider it murder if, in a concessionary interpretation of the book of Job, someone thinks that the angel of Light Lucifer was the Devil himself. Any honest theologian and exegete would not say that, since the Devil and the eternal soul are only part of the New Testament compendium. In the Old Testament, these same institutions did not exist in the same meaning as in the New Testament.
Cain brought flowers and fruits, and Abel brought death and animal blood in sacrifice, and who did God curse?
He cursed Cain, who did not kill any animal. Perhaps someone might think that by killing Abel, Cain misunderstood the meaning of death or blood for God, confused as he was, who did not give any prior instructions regarding his taste for blood or death, and misinterpreted or misinterpreted the meaning of death for God. Perhaps he did not even make a mistake or sin on purpose. Perhaps he even sacrificed his brother Abel as an offering to God for the remission of his failure in the act of offering flowers, which was wrong and rejected by God. It makes perfect sense for Abel to die as a sacrifice to God, who likes blood and the sacrifice of death.
