Gender feminism

I can only begin this debate when the paradox, or contradiction, is explained in the following dichotomy:

1 - Why do women demand gender recruitment by the productive forces in the modern labor market?

2 - But, don't they demand the corresponding equal participation in sharing the use of slave labor with gender equality?

3-Because women were not historically recruited to fight, however, they were recruited as slaves?
