Expensive, misguided, ineffective

Is this Pentagon propaganda, or from those Brazilians from the Northeast who live off the USA?

I wanted to explain the strategic purpose of this type of aircraft in warfare.

Certainly, the Pentagon's specifications were for a weapon that would avenge the humiliation suffered in Vietnam and Yugoslavia with the Russian SAM batteries that destroyed B-52s and F-16s in Vietnam and the Middle East.

So the specification is: to penetrate Russian air denial systems and destroy or decapitate the Russian decision-making center.

First: the extremely high cost limits the quantity to be produced;

Second: the payload capacity limits the weight of the weapon to be transported;

Third: the speed can leave it vulnerable if it is too close to enemy protection and defense and escort aircraft;

Fourth: its sensors must be stealthy, passive, or switched off at all times in enemy territory.

Conclusions:

It must carry a weapon that justifies the long, tiring flight at subsonic speeds and blindness; it cannot see or be seen, like the F-117 Night Hawk shot down in Serbia;

It must dodge and escape as soon as it delivers the bomb, which must be dropped close to the target because the closer it is, the more visible it and the bomb become;

It must remain near the target for a minimum amount of time, being more vulnerable there because stealth increases logarithmically with the square of the distance for the SAM;

It must get very close to the target.

Therefore, it cannot guarantee mission success because upon approaching it will be identified and shot down because it is too large and slow, and its free-fall bomb forces it to fly close to the target, exposing the bomb bay when it begins to release the explosive payload;

The aircraft is not superior to a cheaper and stealthier unmanned suicide missile.

This is an idea from World War II, like battleships. Friend: now delete this video, it's misleading propaganda meant to scare Venezuela, Cuba, Nigeria, Azerbaijan, Brazil, Chile, Guyana, and Morocco.
