Everything was ready for the largest loan ever granted to the state of Amazonas, in Brazil, to build the Manaus steel mill, to process aluminum from the bauxite deposits found and exploited since before the advent of the laws of untouchability of nature, imposed by the rigorous conservation standards of European culture in its new stage of colonization – in the absence of another precise concept – where the new sovereignty of countries is subordinated to the new parameters of non-disfigurement of nature by intentional and negligent anthropogenic effects, where nature, in its wisdom and its own inscrutable reasons, is the only artist capable of designing geography and remaking it with its tsunamis, earthquakes, volcanism, and hurricanes to maintain the balance of the environment in its best configuration.

With all protocols signed and the requirements for granting loans by the World Bank and IMF fulfilled, the usual standards were observed, such as:

So, to import wood, certification is needed that it did not come from deforestation or slave or child labor, and that the country complies with human rights standards; to import sugar, certification is needed for environmental preservation against wildfires and global warming, pollutant emissions, the release of political prisoners, and elections for leaders.

Interestingly, to buy or sell products to China, Russia, Portugal, Uruguay, or any other country in the world, it is not necessary to demonstrate that the country has union freedom or direct elections for public office, except for the great Wolf of the North, which at this moment has 455 military bases with its soldiers trampling on the rights and constitutions of countries in Europe where its soldiers can only be arrested and prosecuted under US military law, violating the sovereignty of the states where they put their boots; the discourse of sovereignty and rights is not respected.

But they don't always follow this policy, as it depends on higher strategic interests where they are blind to all these demands and principles, easily forgotten when the military or oil needs arise to satisfy their pressing needs; it's all false, all theater and hypocrisy.

So, to release the loans for the installation of the steel mill in the indigenous reserve and compensate the indigenous people with royalties of 7% of the Eibit, they demanded direct democratic elections among the members of the village community to choose the chief of the Apennaiê tribe of the Upper Xingu, and these villagers didn't even know what an election was; for them, the father of the tribe is a religious and hereditary function.
