Ukraine can only be the winner
When I was a boy of 11 years old, in 1964, I heard until the last year of the Vietnam War in 1975 that the USA was winning the war, never losing a battle, increasingly modern and fantastic weapons, - after all, technology and technical and scientific progress never went backwards.
Every year, then, there was always a new doomsday weapon that would end Vietnam, which was true: they dropped more tonnage of bombs on Laos than in the entire Second World War, but the Viets were sheltered in underground fortresses; and, the jungle was the worst enemy of the USA - after American public opinion against the war -.
Officially, of the 59 thousand Americans admittedly killed in the war, about 300 thousand died from side effects of chemical defoliants, drugs and mental insanity.
This case seems to be the same as today when the Ukrainian fans from the first day of the special operation announce Putin's defeat: Putin's cancer; the exhaustion of mortar shells and cannons; the exhaustion of cruise missiles; of the blockade of the Black Sea, but the reality has not yet appeared, and so I have to make a huge intellectual effort to mine the news, understand between the lines, break through the blockade of the social networks rigged for NATO, reconstruct the true scenario and discover the stage of the war 19 thousand km away by mentally simulating the geo-war, unraveling all the confusion of both sides shouting victories and military advances and in the dispute of opinions and minds, which only allows me to holistically confirm that:
a) one country was invaded,
b) the other is intact,
c) one country asks for help every day asking for money and weapons from 31 nations,
d) 15 million people fled from one of them, and
e) in one of them men are hunted in the streets to be combatants,
So tell me who is winning this war?
