The fall of FB

Every media company, or any company operating in media, or media support, or media technology has only one owner: the boss is the user.

Books and publications on any media in all languages have committed the imprudence of adding to the three powers determined by Montesquieu by improperly adding the fourth pseudo power that would be the press, the mass media.

The source of legitimacy of the three powers is the sovereign, independent and autarkic public opinion expressed by the will of the majority qualified as voters who are rather citizens sharing a community with laws and a constitution in the rule of law.

So, mistakenly, on certain occasions, mass media directors make the mistake of thinking that they can manipulate public opinion to their interest and sell readers on favors they believe they possess through popularity.

The result is millions of dollars of losses in box office failures of major movies, videos, publishing, music, and also social networks and apps.
