Max Weber's Protestant Christian Ethics in a Secular World
I suspect that this argument about corruption only serves to hide administrative incompetence.
It was Max Weber who, revisiting China, confused the monarchy with the republic, and forgot that the wealth of the monarchy was confused with public assets. Only in the last 150 years did the United States inaugurate this confusing ethic of separation between the public and the private republican, but not so much with so many trillion-dollar heels, which has never worked except for a few. So trying to prevent leaders from getting rich is a violence against human civilization since the kings, pharaohs, since the Assyrians, Egyptians, pashas, maharajas, kings, and then came the Renaissance and the Enlightenment and the new ethics forged by exotic anthropocentrism that tries to abolish immanent customs never abandoned by human customs such as religious belief, prostitution, vanity, envy, pride, and who is going to put an end to this? I don't care who or what is stealing and getting rich as long as it is a monarch, president, dictator, who takes care of the nation and is loved by his people, bringing progress and guaranteeing the dignity, order and progress of his people.
