Why is it so hard to see the obvious? Being intelligent is easier

Why is it so hard to see the obvious? Being intelligent is easier

Don't worry, there is no such thing as everything; there is no such thing as nothing, there is no such thing as always, there is no such thing as never: absolutes.

It is difficult to comment on something that defines what is good and what is intrinsically bad.

In scientific research techniques and in academic texts such as monographs and theses, adjectives such as: better, worse, bigger, smaller, big, small are not used. Only parameters and measurements are reported, tables with dichotomous data or discrete data. The conclusion is up to each person's subjective compendium of whether it was good or bad in their individual personal context.

Therefore, there is no such thing as a good or bad political regime.

We have had dictatorships that changed economies, and others that did not.

Today, we have democracy in Brazil that does not leverage progress depending on the party or political leader and the arrangement of parliamentary forces.

We have around 198 countries in the world and ninety-nine percent are "capitalist": Why is there still misery and poverty in more than 150 non-communist and democratic countries, with all possible freedom for their citizens?
