The undemocratic obsession

The undemocratic obsession

There is an atavistic anti-democratic obsession among socialists and communists in wanting to force everyone into the communist and socialist social system.

Less of the socialists who, when they come to power, prefer the path of making reforms, than the communists who prefer revolution.

Both insist on violating rights, two rights only: that of private property; and freedom of expression.

In liberalism, also confused with capitalism, private properties have the limit of the social function of the use of their private property, in the discomfort that the impact can cause in the vicinity of the neighbors' properties. These are the limits of private property for the owner, which goes beyond his inalienable and natural native prerogatives.

Violating the image of others in any way, and violating the physical, intellectual, and ethical integrity are the limits of personal competence and jurisdiction in relation to individual acts, words and actions within the scope of their individual autarchies and prerogatives.

In both cases, only the judiciary can decide and penalize the excesses of violations on the extraordinary usufruct of private property and personal freedom.

It seems that communists never conformed and respected the capacity for individual choice when they force everyone indiscriminately to open and unconditionally surrender and alienate to the government system and to the State their prerogatives to enjoy their freedom of expression and their properties.

In liberalism and capitalism, anyone who wants to hand over their freedom and property rights to the government and the State can make their choice, without forcing other citizens to do the same if they don't want to; however, in socialism and communism no one can be excluded from the obligation to give up their rights to private property and their right to express their thoughts in any sphere.

That is why one can behave capitalist and liberal, socialist and communist, in liberalism and capitalism; you cannot have these capitalist and liberalist behaviors within socialism and communism.

No one can be forced to be and behave like a communist and a socialist in the liberal system and capitalism, but everyone is obliged not to behave like a liberal and like a capitalist in communism and socialism, there is no such freedom of choice. These are the differences between the two systems.

Liberalism and capitalism are inclusive; socialism and communism are exclusive and mutually exclusive with liberal capitalism.
