What is detoria?
Detória is a neologism created to cover a situation that, as an exception, started to appear with some contemporary regularity in war situations, but it is not unprecedented, but due to the circumstances of the global balance of strategic balance of the nuclear detent where the possibility of mutual destruction ensured by the excess number of nuclear warheads and a triad of alternative and varied launch vector options to ensure that any attack even by surprise with nuclear weapons thus deters any aggressor from planning a unilateral victory in a nuclear war.
It happens to the detriment of military logic it is currently not possible to wage war with all the available arsenal even if they are not nuclear weapons, putting at risk of the escalation of violence that could reach the nuclear impasse, this would be the end of nuclear humanity, in the third alleged nuclear war .
For this reason, because of the nuclear umbrella the inevitability of nuclear war was postponed because of the logic of humanity's self-destruction with nuclear weapons, the side effect of this indefinite and endless situation generated war of a new kind, the war planned not to have the traditional outcome, where the only alternatives are defeat or victory.

This is what we have watched in astonishment at the outcomes of declared or undeclared wars where they fought a power that can never use nuclear weapons because of the risk of nuclear escalation that would lead to the total annihilation of humanity, since any territorial advantage that one of the sides of the global bipolarism between NATO and the East, even in the face of the naturalization of alerts and a state of nuclear defense and readiness, any strategic position on a large strategic resource placed under the tutelage of one of the poles, with mineral resources of oil, gas, graphene , niobium, biodiversity, uranium, cobalt, food, lithium, fresh water, gold, and could lead to repositioning of nuclear superpowers.
Thus, with the new criterion of defeat, in the Vietnam war the USA won without defeating the Vietcong, or, as you wish, it was defeated without the Vietcong victory; so it was in the Korean war, one defeat, in the war in Afghanistan another defeat, so on also in Cuba since the blockade in 1962 never defeated by the USA, operations and blockades in Nicaragua, the same in Venezuela, counter-terrorism in Syria, NATO attacks on Yugoslavia, the eternal Israeli-Arab conflicts, provocation on the Indo-Chinese border, and planned operations to occupy territories such as Ukraine-Russia, Amazon, Colombia; US trade adversaries, and therefore both: Germany, EU are US economic and political adversaries that are not limited to Russia and China, but include powerful competitors who appear to be allies but are dangerous disruptors of US-centric globalization that accumulate advantages against the American economy with surpluses, such as: South Korea, Japan that deteriorate the income of American citizens residing in the USA, this situation cannot be solved with blockades and sanctions and increase in import tax rates, where perhaps the use of arsenal nuclear power could complete the victory operation but that option is suspended by the nuclear balance condition.
