According to communists, all private property is theft.

Karl Marx made a very serious accusation about the inhumane exploitation of the exploited workforce and the alienation of the means of production. He meant that the tools, raw materials, machines, and products of the factory where the exploited worker provides services are plundered from the property and taken away from the hands of the workers, simply because all private property is the fruit of theft.

Mr. Marx should know that no worker is forced to get a job and that the exploited worker has the choice not to work for anyone forced, especially by the capitalist. They are there being exploited by their own free will; they could be a capitalist, an entrepreneur, or a self-employed person, as long as they signed an employment contract to receive a fair and agreed-upon wage, a legally and voluntarily established service contract.

Regarding all private property being the product of theft, a lawsuit should be filed against the criminal in a public action for investigation. If the wealth was expropriated, it belonged to another owner, which becomes a tautology: one can only steal from another owner. Therefore, it is a repetitive cumulative circular causation, an infinite regression, where the capitalist thief steals property from another owner, who, being the owner, stole from another, inherited, or bought from another owner. Thus, there will always be an original owner in the universe—it must be God, but unfortunately, Marx is an atheist. Therefore, stolen property does not exist without a prior owner. Thus, private property cannot, by definition, be the result of theft without a prior theft that constituted the first property in the history of humanity, ready to be the first, or second, property to be inappropriately appropriated.

It's so easy to end capitalist exploitation: quit your job; you don't need to destroy companies with a revolutionary expropriation.

As for private property without the evil of all social injustice, observe the two types of property in Cuba; 1 – The 1962 automobiles remain beautiful, restored, functioning, and active, useful even without 100% effective maintenance, despite the scarcity of parts, but a miracle happened.

2 – The houses and apartments are crumbling, falling apart, neglected, and dilapidated.

Why this difference in treatment between automobiles and real estate?

Automobiles are private property.

Real estate is the property of the Cuban communist state.
